This drawing above was created to show the difference in design work since
the leaves have been changed. It has become clear from the drawing that the
flower elements given in the original design do not work alongside the
realistic nature of the leaves and berries, furthering my suspicions of
changing the flower elements also.
I began looking at other alternatives for the floral elements that could be used in my designs. I experimented with a variety of media from pencil, inks to pastels. Even though these flowers work on their own, their positioning and shading would not work, once out into a full design, this has made me re-think my whole progress and outcome.
