Creating Wear and Tear...

After previously using Cellophane and Transparent Foil in a straight cut experiment, I wanted to try these materials out with wear and tear as they worked well as reflectors. I glued sections of these matrials down on foam board and scratched into them using scissors and sandpaper, the cellophane worked well and created a ripped effect where as the transparent foil was too thick and neither scissors nor sandpaper could penatrate the surface. Using the wear and tear cellophane that could be connected with light could introduce unfamiliar surfaces and reflections.
